Details :
- Capacity 40l.
- Suitable for processing wafer scraps with or without chocolate.
- Specially designed for grinding wafer biscuit waste into sharp blades for initial size reduction.
- Equipped with hopper protected by safety cover.
- Equipped with hinged cover for easy inspection, provided by a proximity switch sensor when the lid is opened.
- Powered by motor: 11 KW, 15 hp with 2 variable speeds. (Germany brand)
- Controlled by variable frequency drive for adjustable grinding speed.
- Equipped with a safety switch to ensure complete motor stop, integrated with a timer that prevents door opening until a preset delay time has elapsed, all controlled through the main electrical control panel.
